Workout Wednesday: CrossFit - Style

Hello lovely readers, I hope your enjoying your week so far? Mine has been super busy and it continues that way until Sunday not that I am complaining because there is lots of fun thrown into the mix due to my ever looming birthday at the end of the week! 

More on that another time, today is all about working out and after being so busy at the weekend I thought I would just share a workout I found on Pinterest which caught my eye. Its perfect for any of you, like me, that workout at home or it could easily be done at the gym too. This workout is based on the CrossFit way of working out and each daily session is short and sweet but will get you sweating and burring those calories, I'm definitely going to be trying these out!

Have you ever done any CrossFit workouts before?

I have and really enjoyed it but any places doing it round my way I can't get to due to times conflicting with work so the workouts above are perfect for me : )
