Hello, how did we get to Thursday already?! This week has been pretty busy which is why I guess the week has gone by so fast. I have been working at the shop, training clients, doing my own workouts and job hunting which has taken up most of time. I am not without a job right now but I am on the look out for new part time job to work along side my training but we shall seed what happens.
My Day in the Life post today is all about what I got up to on Tuesday from start to finish, it was a good day and ended with some kick ass action!
7am - Time to get up and get ready for the day ahead, whilst getting ready I drank a hot water and lemon. I a trying to get back into this morning ritual : )
8am - Go through emails whilst drinking a yummy coffee made with hemp milk, definitely a new favourite.
9am - Train my only client of the day, we do her stats and she has lost 4 pounds and some inches yay!
10am - Get lunch ready for work at the shop
10.20am - Drive to town, park up and pop to the bank
11am - Start work at the shop, cleaning, checking emails etc to be ready for opening at 12
12pm - Shop opens and we greet our first client, once I have sorted forms and he is getting his tattoo I had to eat the primal bar above. I hadn't eaten breakfast yet so was starving!
1.30pm - I enjoyed my salad for lunch, it included left over poached lemon and garlic chicken, sweet pot and salad plus my apple
6pm - Shop shuts and I run through the rainy streets to go get my car. I love how the weather is nice all day then when its time to leave work the heavens open and the thunder starts!
6.30pm - I get to my kickboxing class just in time and enjoy an hour of kicking ass! I just started going to classes again and love it, I am going to become a full member so I am looking forward to more sessions.
7.45pm - Get home very sweaty and tired, freshen up and make dinner
8pm - Eat dinner and relax for an hour catching up on X Factor, yep crap TV is must sometimes!
10pm - Sleep!
Well that was my Tuesday, best bit for me was the kickboxing its one of the those exercises I absolutely love and am really glad I have started to practice again : )
Have you ever tried kickboxing?
