A Day In The Life - Sunday

Todays the day!!! My sister, mum and nephew will be arriving very soon and I am so excited, I can't wait to spend a long weekend with them its gonna be so much fun. I have to work Friday and Saturday at the shop so I will be wishing the days away until I can be back hanging with family. While I await their arrival here is my Day In A Life post for you to read, its all about last Sunday........

8.30am - Wake up to the cat nudging my face asking for breakfast, he gets a little impatient if I am not up at 6am sharp to feed him!

9am - After a big glass of water I made a fresh juice and added a Grinki all natural matcha sachet for some extra workout energy!

Grinki Juice

2 sticks celery
3 small apples
1/4 cucumber
1/2 lemon
2 small carrots
1 sachet grinki matcha

Juice all the veggies then whizz in a pack of grinki for a green tea boost! I was sent these little packets to try and I love them, they taste great in a juice and the packaging?? How cute is that!

10am - Time to workout, I did a full body workout which was a real killer but only taking 30 minutes I was done and dusted by 10.30am boom!

11am - All freshened up I made an almond milk latte and waited for Dale to get back from fishing.

12pm - Dale returned and we had some toast and caught up on X Factor. I had three pieces one with butter, manuka honey and the other with almond butter....wow so good!

2pm - We get ready to leave the house then go and visit Dales sister to hang out with Logan Dales nephew, he's grown so much its crazy!

4pm - Off to visit more family this time Dales mum and stepdad, we hang out there until just after five then its off to town....

5.30pm - We went to the cinema to see Fury, brilliant film! We hadn't eaten since the toast so it was a bit of a snack fest at the cinema...wispa bites, M&M's and popcorn! Ha well lets face it the snacks on offer at the cinema aren't exactly on the healthy side so we decided to embrace it!

8.30pm - Get home and eat some soup and more toast, no picture here as the ones I took were not pretty. We also watched some Peaky Blinders...loving that series!

10pm - Bed

Sunday was a good day, I loved the film and seeing Dales family is always a treat : )

Question:

Have you seen Fury or Peaky Blinders, what do you think?

  3. Oh I'm not sure about Fury... I don't think it's my kind of film...I like Brad Pitt (errr who doesn't??) but the premise isn't my thing really, all about war and tanks. However one thing I AM a fan of - cinema food. Pick and mix with popcorn is always my thing. So good.
