Triple Chocolate Gluten Free Brownies

Finally its here, I posted the below picture a couple of weeks ago on Instagram and there were lots of peeps asking for the recipe because who wouldn't want to know how to make the most delicious soft and perfect tasting triple chocolate brownies!? I have to admit these are the best brownies I have ever baked but the original recipe was not mine I found it while browsing through Pinterest and new I had to adapt it a little to make it work for me. The original recipe can be found here or you can use my adapted version which came out amazingly!! 


Ingredients:

1 cup of dark chocolate or chips
1/2 cup of butter/can use coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup of raw cacao
1/2 cup of almond meal
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup white chocolate drops - optional


Method:

Preheat oven to 180.

Melt the chocolate chips and butter over a low heat, while they melt whisk the eggs and sugar together.

Once the chocolate and butter has melted slowly add it to the bowl of whisked eggs and sugar. 

Stir in the almond meal, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla.

Pour  the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and sprinkle white chocolate drops on top. 

Bake at 180 for 20 minutes, check after 15.

Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares then enjoy and believe me you are going to enjoy these!!


I took these round to a friends house and we ate them with vanilla ice cream which tasted damn fine! These brownies turned out so good, slightly crisp outer layer and a soft gooey centre...glorious and just how a brownie should be.
