Currently.........

Hello readers how are we, enjoying the weather? Ha!

Today's post is inspired by the Blog-tember challenge I did last month. We were asked to do a currently post which I really enjoyed so I thought I would make it a regular thing here on the blog, each month maybe?

eating........

I have been eating lots of my vegan chickpea and cauliflower curry. This meal never fails to disappoint and is perfect for making in a big batch and eating throughout the week. The recipe could easily be adjusted by adding chicken instead of chickpeas or tofu to keep it vegan.

thinking........

It is only 15 days before I get to meet my new nephew!!!! OMG I am so excited to meet little Joey, we will also be going to his christening whilst we are in Ireland which I can't wait for!

pinning........

Follow Tamzin Pettitt's board Vegan Never Tasted So Good on Pinterest.

I, as always, have been pinning all sorts of wonderful things but top of the list has been vegan meal ideas. I have some vegan friends coming over for dinner on Sunday and I usually make curry as its just easy but I fancy trying something new.

loving........

Nakd's new christmas pud bars!! Lets face it its never too early for christmas pudding and these bars are getting me all festive, dare I say it!

feeling........

Very lucky we got Glastonbury tickets again!!!!!! We had so much fun this year but I have a feeling next year is going to be even better!

thanking........

Pinterest for making me a featured pinner to follow, my followers have sky rocketed! I feel really honoured to have been selected as somebody to follow and I hope all my new followers are enjoying my pins!

hoping........

My back continues to strengthen and my workouts can get back to normal sooner rather then later. I am enjoying being able to workout more but I really want to get back to my normal routine!

starting........

To get really excited about warm jumpers, comfort foods and all this wintery!

Question:

Whats currently going on in your life?
