My challenge today is to recommend a book that I am currently reading or have read and loved. I'm going to recommend two books that I have read, continue to read and love. The two books are written by Sarah Wilson and if you haven't heard of them you must of had your head in a hole with ear plugs in for quite a while!
Sarah Wilson is the creator of the I Quit Sugar blog and books all about...you guessed it quitting sugar! I actually own a few of her publications but only two in paper back. I love these books they are filled with amazing recipes and loads of great information a must buy for any foodies and health conscious folk out there.
I bought the I Quit Sugar 8 week programme with all good intentions of doing it....urrr...... as of yet I have not but give me time! I have to admit sugar is definitely something I need to address in my diet, I have coconut sugar everyday and chocolate most days but these books give wonderful alternatives I just need to get cooking and have the goods there ready for when I need them!
These books are laid out really well and the photos are easy on the eye and leave you wanting more. I look through these books and just want to try everything! Although I eat sugar most days I don't think my diet is bad it just needs a few adjustments and with all the studies on sugar being a demon for the diet I would like to lower my intake. If your the same and like me you want to cut down on sweet things then these books are a great way to help you do that, they cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks so you won't go hungry and your taste buds will be having a party with these recipes!
