Workout Wednesday: Bikini Bootcamp Series - Abs

Hello, and happy Workout Wednesday! 
Are you all having a good week so far? I definitely am, and the warm weather is making it even better. Today its all about getting sweaty and I am continuing with my Bikini Bootcamp Series, its all about the abs today a part of the body we all want looking better..right?! If you need a good abs routine look no further this is great and hits them from every angle so go get your workout gear on, its time to work those abs!

Bikini Abs

Warm Up:

Star Jumps 

20 secs of each x 3

Circuit 1

Bent Legs Reverse Crunch x 15
Bicycle Crunch x 20
Leg Raises x 15
Mountain Climbers x 20

x 3

Circuit 2

Legs Raised Reverse Crunch x 15
Bench Hops/Squat Jump x 20
Weighted Bent Leg Jack Knife x 15
Plank Jacks x 20

x 3

Circuit 3

 Crunch x 15
Plank 1 Min
Side Crunch x 15 e/s
Heel Taps x 15 e/s

x 3

Remember to cool down with some stretches, and there we have it abs attacked! You could follow this with some cardio if your at the gym or fancy going out for a run : )

  1. Urgh don't talk to me about abs. I'm currently doing the 30 Day Ab Challenge. It's getting very tough now!
