Food, Fathers Day and Friends

Hi, how are we?
I am all good, its been a busy few days filled with fun and laughter as well as work but thats always fun for me which is lucky! I've had a fab weekend and start to the week which included some yummy food like....

Salmon! I can't remember the last time I had a piece of salmon so this was a real treat. I made some garlic butter with coconut oil and crushed garlic which I spread over the salmon then baked it, served with veggies it was perfect!

This pudding was amazing and so simple its literally thick greek style yogurt with some Choc Shot stirred through it...mmmmmm I will be eating this again very soon!

Sunday as you know was Fathers day and I got to hang out with my papa which was lovely : )

We went to Hastings Old Town and got a delicious slice of gluten free chocolate torte which fuelled us round the junk shops before going to see Maleficent which by the way is awesome! What a lovely film, great take on the traditional fairytale.

Once my dad had gone I had some more salmon for dinner, leftover and just as tasty cold.

I have been feeding my sisters cats while she has been away so I got to hang with this cute yesterday, pretty kitty I know!

I also got a little gap filler on my arm between clients yesterday, love my new lipstick! It was my friend George that did this and you can check out some of his work here.

Today I was up early to go running with a client, great start to the day even though my legs felt like rocks after a killer workout I did yesterday! When I got home and had finished training another client I ate this yummy breakfast, chopped banana and apple topped with yogurt and hemp seeds, yum!

I had a coffee date with an old friend earlier, great catch up, you really know a good friend when you don't see each other much but when you do its the same as it always is : )

After coffee and a walk about St.Leonard's I came home for lunch. Super easy, rice cakes topped with tuna mayo, cucumber and lettuce. Gotta love some tuna mayo!

I have more clients to train and some new clients packs to be sent out so I best get on! I hope you all had a fab weekend and the start to the week has been a good one : )

Question:

Did you do anything fun over the weekend?
