Dairy Queen

Hiya, I hope your all having a great Friday? Its been all go for me, up at 5.30am to get to a clients for 6 then back home to train another client before getting ready to work in the shop for the day. My 8am client and I went out for a long walk along the seafront which was lovely and the temperature was already hot, it was nice to get my dose of vitamin D before being inside for the rest of the day!

So the name of todays post is Dairy Queen because I have been loving dairy lately in the form of yogurt and cheese, I still can't drink/eat milk as it plays havoc with my stomach but hard cheese/goats cheese and yogurt seem to be fine : )

What have I been eating it with?

Fruit, yogurt and seeds is one of my favourites especially when the plain yogurt is thick and creamy.

I made this delicious breakfast this morning which I will be featuring soon so keep a look out for that!

Feta! Oh yes feta has got to be one of my favourite cheese's you don't need much as it packs quite a flavoursome punch. I made this simple salad with lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms, feta and hemp seeds then drizzled with a little basil olive oil...perfect : )

This meal is actually dairy free but it was lovely so I thought I would share it with you. Tuna, gluten free pasta, broccoli and peas again drizzled with a little oil Mmmmmmm

OMG this was so good! After seeing Laura's courgette pizza I new I had to recreate it and last night I did, not the healthiest of toppings though...we had salami, mushroom and feta but my god did it taste good! The salad was fresh from one of my clients gardens which was a nice healthy side at least : )

Lots of yummy food, well at least I thing so!

Question:

What have you been eating this week?

I would pick mushroom and feta for some of my pizza toppings too. I like lots and lots of different veg on top of my pizzas.
