Aimee's Coconut Ice Cream Recipe Book Giveaway!

Hello, how are we?
I am having a great day, it started with a cup of hot water and lemon followed by a coffee then it was workout time. I did an arm and abs routine at home before hitting the streets for a morning run. I love these light airy mornings makes me wanna get up and get out to enjoy some fresh air before my work day begins : )

So todays post is rather special because you get the chance to win a copy of Aimee's wonderful new book! I got to review it and it's really really good!

Aimee writes the blog Wallflower Girl and I am totally addicted to reading her posts, I only found her blog a little while ago but I am so glad I did, its a great read and her recipes are fabulous! Aimee has been a busy bee these past few months creating this awesome Coconut Milk Ice Cream recipe book, all the recipes are vegan and grain free plus there some great extras in the book like how to make edible ice cream cones, brownies and biscuits. When Aimee got in contact to ask if I would like to review a copy I was so excited, I love ice cream but obviously it isn't the greatest thing to be eating a lot of in your diet and I have tried using coconut milk before which I loved so I shouted a big YES PLEASE!

The book contains over 80 recipes to tantalise your tastebuds from green tea to apple cider. The recipes are all very unique, many flavours I would never have thought of to make into ice cream like wasabi! The book has got me very excited about making ice cream and I will be definitely be trying out new ones for any parties I need to take an offering to.

With so many different choices I couldn't decide what one to make so I gave Dale 5 to choose from and we settled on the Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin flavour.....you can't go wrong with lemon in my eyes!

The ice cream turned out perfectly! The flavour is amazing and perfect for a light after dinner pudding. I took it to Dale's mums on Sunday for the BBQ and it went down a storm, so good intact I ended up leaving the tub there for his step dad! I shall be making this agin but first I will have to try the others....

The first two on the make list is Sweet Curry which I think sounds very interesting and definitely has to be made...

....and Rum and Raisin has been requested by Dales mum so thats being made next time we go up there for a meal. I really can't say enough how great this book is, I am repeating myself here but the flavours are so original it makes my tastebuds very excited!

If like me you love ice cream and would like to broaden your ice cream making skills with all sorts of wonderful flavours and creations then you need this book and one lucky reader has the chance to get their hands on a free copy! Just add your entries in the box below for your chance to win!
