Workout Wednesday: Glutes On Fire

Its that time again!!!!!! 
If your in need of a new workout for your buns then this one is for you, a workout to really get those glute's fired up! If you have access to some weights then this workout is going to be even better but it can be done without.......


3-5 minute warm up

BB Squat x 15
Weighted Bridge x 15
Weighted Donkey Kicks x 15
(each leg)

x 4 sets

DB Goblet Squat x 15
BB Sumo Squats x 15
Step Ups + Knee Raise x 15
(each leg)

x 4 sets

Cool down and stretch for 5 minutes

All of these exercises are great for working out your glute's, try keeping the weight heavy until its becomes difficult at rep ten then move down, the last few reps should be a struggle, it means your weight is right! For the Weighted Bridge use a weight disc or dumbbell and hold it parallel with your bottom, use weighted ankle straps for the Donkey Kicks if you have access to any or you can use a resistance band.
