Workout Wednesday: Bikini Bootcamp Body Series - Arms

Hello Wednesday readers! I hope your having a good week so far, I am super busy which is great but I am definitely pushed for time! With that said I shall get on with todays Workout Wednesday post, the second in my Bikini Bootcamp series the first was a full body workout which you can find here. Today its all about the arms though so get ready to get toned super arms!

20 Minute Arms - Tabata Style

Press Ups
BB Upright Row
Feet Raised Dips
DB Punches
Shoulder Press

Tabata - each exercise is performed for 4 minutes split into intervals of 20 seconds on 10 seconds rest x 8

Set the timer for 20 minutes and and perform each exercise one after the other - optional 1 minute rest in-between each exercise if needed.

And there we have it simple! Plus you are going to feel this big time. Remember to warm up for at least 3 minutes and cool down with some stretches. If you like the look for this workout there are plenty more on my Workout Wednesday page so go check it out!

  1. Hmmm I'm loving tricep dips at the moment, such a difficult area to tone up. :-)

    1. It is and is rather neglected! Love a dip!

  2. Fave arm exercise? Has to be chin-ups but also pull-ups...but what about push ups?
    I can't really decide, I think I love 'em all! ;)

    1. I so want a chin/pull up bar but Dale says no in this flat so I have to wait which sucks! Ha
