Hello readers, how we doing?
I'm great, my Tuesday has started off very well, a few clients followed by my own killer workout and I have just got a curry on the hob for tonights dinner, very productive! I have a little down time now before more clients in a little bit so I thought I would come say hi : )
I also thought I would share with you my breakfast and lunch pictures because both meals were rather delicious!
Breakfast today was sooooooooo good! I have been really wanting porridge lately especially when I see everyones pictures on their blogs and instagram but after my last try with gluten free oats I was reluctant to try them again. That all changed when I got sent some from Perkier foods to review and I'm so glad I tried them again because they have been fine and my love of porridge has been reignited! Today I had a bowl of Perkier foods gingerbread and raisin oats made with almond milk and topped with coconom ginger sugar and almond butter....SO GOOD!
Indulgent but totally worth it ha : )
Lunch was the perfect refuel after my workout, I made a gram flour and egg omelette which included mushrooms and courgette with a salad topper which I drizzled with basil olive oil, yummers! I don't think I'm ever going to get bored of this simple meal.
Now on to the title of my post....Pretty Polly?! Huh I here you say well this pic explains it....
My latest addition is the parrot which is not called polly but it could be I guess!? I love it and it has filled a big gap on my arm, another couple of years and my arms will be filled with pretty pictures yay! I did have another small one done on the other arm on Saturday but no pic yet....thats also the last for a while gotta heal up before Glastonbury!
