Workout Wednesday: Lower Body!

Hello, if you didn't know its Wednesday and its time to share a new workout with you! Today its all about the lower body and working on strengthening those pins and butts! 


Lower Body Workout

Strength
DB Wide Squat x 15
DB Forward Lunges x 12 
(each side)
DB Sumo Squat x 15
DB Side Lunges x 12
(each side)
X 3

Donkey Kicks x 15
(each side)
Bridge Hold 1 min
Lay Down Side Leg Raise x 15
(each side)
Hip Raises 1 min
x 3

Cardio
Squat Jumps x 30 sec
Mountain Climbers x 30 sec
Lunge Jumps x 30 sec
Power Squat x 30 sec
Break 30 sec
x3

Perform both strength circuits before moving on to the cardio. 

Enjoy!

Remember to warm up and cool down the body before and after you do this workout.
