Workout Wednesday: Inner Thighs

Hello!! I am super busy today but so this is a super quick blog post! But as its Wednesday I couldn't let you guys down and not give you a new workout because after all it is Workout Wednesday!!

Todays workout has been plucked from my Fitness Favourites Pinterest Board. The perfect place to keep all the fitness stuff I find from around the web, go check it out there is loads of great stuff on there! Now for lots of women, myself included, the inner thighs can be a bitch to get thin. The workout below is great for thinning those stubborn thighs : ) 

Perform each exercise for 3 sets of 15 reps and remember to always warm up first and cool down after.
