Now as we are talking exercise which is obviously healthy I wanted to share this great image I found on Pinterest which I added to my health board. Its all about coconut oil which I absolutely love, I use it for cooking, as a face and body moisturiser, hair mask, cleanser and many more things. When I suggest using coconut oil to some clients they have many reasons not to so this is really aimed at them (I know most of my readers already know how wonderful it is!) to show that coconut oil really should be in our diets and here is 25 reasons why!!

Have a fabulous Wednesday folks and if you don't have any coconut oil go buy some!!

Question:

Do you use coconut oil, what are you 3 top ways of using it?

  1. Great work out Tam. I'm going to have to try one of your workouts after the baby is born, although this one looks doable. I love coconut oil for cooking and for my skin.

    1. I think there are a few on my workout page that would be fine to do while pregnant but I will do one specifically for mummies to be!

  2. I love coconut oil! Thinking back to the post I did on it, I think my top three would be moisturiser, roasting veggies and just eating off the spoon ;-)

  5. Love your new picture- those cupcakes are so pretty! Only just noticed.
I love coconut oil for cooking pancakes, or for melting and making chocolate fudge with.
I think most of those mentioned are great, but the spf 4 is not for me- I wouldn't go below 30 (and normally 50).

    1. Thank you I changed it yesterday, for a spring/summer look! I would agree with the SPF, with all my tattoos it's got to be factor 50!!
