Hello all, I don't know about you but I am definitely in need of my workouts this week after a very indulgent weekend! Life would be too short and no fun if we never indulged but I am glad I have a love of fitness to help work off some of the delicious food that was eaten! Today workout is only going to take you 30 minutes to work the whole body and no one can tell me they can't fit in 30 minutes to workout, so get ya trainers on put some upbeat music on and get to it!!!!!!

  1. Hehe, no workout like that for me, but I am trying to fit in a nice long walk if I can. To be fair I didn't go totally crazy with easter chocolate, I still have half my egg in the fridge!

  3. Don't think I really overindulged...I had one egg, and although I got through it rather quickly(!) there was nothing left once it was gone!
I enjoyed having last week off to do lots more active things though. Lots of running and walks out were had!
