Workout Wednesday: Biceps and Triceps

Hey everybody how's your hump day going?
Mine is all go, clients the is morning, now I am doing blog and email stuff then more clients later so its all go. Todays Workout Wednesday post is all about your biceps and triceps, this little routine could be added to the beginning of your cardio session or done on its own you will need some dumbbells and a barbell.

Warm Up for 5 minutes

Biceps:

DB Hammer Curls x 15
BB Curls x 15
BB Reverse Curls x 15

x 3 sets

Triceps:

Lying Tricep Press Ups x 15
Dips x 15
DB Tricep Extension x 15

x 3 sets

And thats is! You can hit the muscles from different angles using this routine and it won't take you much time at all. Remember to stretch afterwards!

Question:

Do you have a favourite bicep or tricep exercise?

    1. Thanks! They are aren't they! Basically you need to remember the tricep is made up of 3 different heads (like a horseshoe) so hitting them at every angle will help strengthen and sculpt do that by doing different tricep exercise not just sticking to the common dip!

  3. I love tricep extensions, but I tend to really neglect training my upper body. I love your diamond tattoo on your wrist- can I ask, do you take a break from exercise when you have got a new tattoo to let it heal, or do you carry on training with fresh ink?

  4. Oh man I don't do any arm workouts anymore. So bad. Especially as I always forget that I do tend to use my arm when running! Whoops.
