Easter Fun

Hello all, did you have a fab Easter?
Mine was lovely, spent with family and friends, the perfect few days.

Saturday I worked at the shop then was treated to a curry by Dale in the evening. Sunday was such a good day! We got up and had coffee while we watched Sherlock Holmes as well as a breakfast smoothie.

I made us a mixed berry and coconut smoothie for workout fuel and after Sherlock we got our trainers on for a quick HIIT workout. Definitely needed before we got stuck into some chocolate! Another Sherlock then we went to Dales mums for the day to hang out watch films and have food. It was such a lovely day : )

Bank Holiday Monday was lovely too, we went and got coffees in the morning then sat by the se for a bit then the rest of the day was spent visiting friends and family so by the time we got home I was ready to make some dinner and chill!

I made scotch eggs! First time for making these and they turned out so good, yummy! These were a hit with Dale too and I shall be making them again for sure. I will share the recipe for these soon.

Back to reality today I am busy with computer stuff this morning then after lunch its time to help some clients work off all that chocolate! I have eaten my workout fuel in the form of a delicious smoothie so I guess I better get my workout head on.....have a good day peeps x x

Question:

What did you do over Easter?

  1. Sounds like a great Easter. The scotch eggs sound (and look) tasty too.
I ate lots of chocolate (pretty much a given I suppose ;) and I saw friends and family too. It was pretty low-key but I do love it that way.

  4. I probably shouldn't be reading people's Easter posts when I am trying to avoid all my leftover Easter eggs haha.

I have still never made my own scotch eggs. I need to do that!
