Hello from a blogging stranger! Where have the past few days gone?! I've been super busy, thats my excuse anyway. The week is just flying by but I have managed to pop in today to provide a Wednesday workout : )
Its all about the upper body today and some cardio thrown in for goof measure. You will need a barbell, dumbbells and a step/box for this workout, enjoy!
Upper Body and Cardio
BB Bicep Curl x 12
DB Tricep Extension x 12
DB Punches > Step Ups - 2 minutes 20s/20s switches
BB Shoulder Press x 12
Press Ups x 12
DB Cross Overs > Step Ups - 2 minutes 20s/20s switches
DB Hammer Curl x 12
BB Front Raise x 12
Arm Circles > Step Ups - 2 minutes 20s/20s switches
Plank 1 min
Back Extension x 12
Speed Ball > Step Ups - 2 minutes 20s/20s switches
Complete each section one after the other then your done! This should give the upper body a great workout and leave you nice and sweaty.
