Workout Wednesday: ABS + Summer Body Training Info

Hello and Happy Workout Wednesday! 
I'm back with another fab workout to get you working hard plus I have yesterdays meals which were all super tasty. The past couple of days have been all go, workouts for me, my clients and getting things sorted for my Summer Body Fitness Offers! I'll talk about this later on in the post so read on as it might be of interest to you : )

My Tuesday started with a great Skype workout with a client which got me up and ready for the day, love adorning workout! After freshening up I made a big mug of coffee and a delicious breakfast. Chopped apple and blood orange with yogurt and chia seeds. I haven't had a blood orange in years and this beauty didn't disappoint, so tangy! 

Lunch between clients was leftover paprika chicken with some veggies cooked in zest pesto. 

Then after my working day was done I made a fabulous vegetarian dinner for me and Dale, crunchy tofu with egg and veggies! To make the tofu I sliced some hazelnut tofu I had left into 4 slices then coated in egg and gram flour mixed with garlic powder and smoked paprika. The tofu was then fried in a little oil to get it crispy. I then fried the leftover egg (hate waste!) and served with steamed veg. The tofu turned out really nice and Dale thought it tasted like breaded chicken, safe to say he liked it! 

A great day of eats me thinks, I love it when I try a new food idea and it turns out well : )

Now time for you weekly workout, today we are focusing on Abs!

15 Minute Ab Blast!!

1 Min Plank
40 Bicycle Crunches
(20 each side)
20 Plank Jacks
15 Straight Leg Sit Ups

7 Minutes x 2

This little routine can be done alone or added to your workout. Set your timer for 7 minutes and complete each exercise one after the other continuously until the buzzer goes off take a 1 minute break and repeat the exercises for another 7 minutes.

How would you feel using a personal trainer over Skype?


  1. That tofu meal sounds delicious. I haven't had tofu in ages. I can imagine Ben turning his nose up at the mere mention of tofu but in breadcrumbs I'm sure it'd rock his world!

    1. It actually works really well! I advise it for people that are familiar with exercise because I can't obviously be there in person. Best way to describe it I think is, it's like doing a workout video (you follow me) with no excuses to not do all the reps etc....I shall have to do a post about it! X
