Weekend Fun

WARNING NOT SO HEALTHY POST COMING UP!!

Ha yep I had a great weekend but its was far from healthy, well some of it! Saturday I was up early to do a killer workout before work at the shop. After a day round the tattoo buzz it was home to get ready for an evening out for one of our friends birthdays. We went to a delicious Gurkha restaurant for dinner but I kept things light as we were of to town for drinks as well! For dinner I just had chicken tikka (dry) with a spoonful of Dales rice, it was delicious.

When we got to town it was booze time and we visited a bar I never normally set foot in to drink our drinks out of jugs!! Very ladylike ha

Gotta say for someone that normally drinks vodka and soda this sugar bomb did not go down well, I was glad to go back to my normal tipple after this had gone! We had a really fun night out but not getting in till 5am meant Sunday was a very lazy one!

When we got up I made a yummy breakfast with tea, definitely needed : )
The rest of the day was spent on the sofa watching films and relaxing, it was nice as I haven't spent much time with Dale lately due to one thing or another.

We had a lazy dinner to match our lazy day, I was sent some Bannisters potatoes to review (coming soon) so these were perfect. We topped them with tuna, red onion and mayo and had a side of veggies.  Once dinner had settled it was time for bed, we were done in!

I hope you all had a fun weekend whatever you were up to, I know I did!

Question:

Whats your favourite jacket potato filling?

Mine has got to be the above maybe with some added coleslaw and cheese though!

  1. Sounds like a brilliant weekend. I haven't had a good drinking session in a while now. I love adding homemade broccoli slaw to my sweet pots or a fried egg, yum!

  4. I used to eat a jacket potato and beans like every week at uni. So I'm not a huge fan of them anymore as I think over-did them!!
You've gotta have a fun carefree night once in a while I think - looks like fun hehe.
