Can Sunday really be nearly over? Grrrrr unfortunately yes, this day being my only day off really doesn't last long enough! All in all its been a good weekend not stressful at all plus I have had time to chill which has been nice especially as I have a busy week ahead.
I didn't have breakfast before work so grabbed a rather luxury one on route. I popped into my local health food shop to grab some stuff and picked up a Coyo raw chocolate yogurt for breakfast which by the way was bloody awesome! I love these yogurts anytime of the day : )
For my work lunch I had brown rice, olive tofu and spinach. Delicious mix of flavours and really satisfying.
For dinner last night I had some heated up leftover curry and sweet potato fries, hmmmm total Saturday night comfort food!
The rest of my evening was spent snuggling up on the sofa with Sid (not a great photo, the black blob is Sid!) as Dale was away fishing. I have become addicted to RuPauls Drag Race, if you love Drag Queens like I do this show is right up your street!
This morning I woke up and after enjoying a coffee ate this yummy breakfast. Rice cakes topped with hummus, cucumber and olive tofu. This was perfect for a pre-workout meal too.
While Sid sat on the sofa I got my exercise groove on!
This morning I did a shoulders, back and cardio workout, a real sweat fest but exactly what I needed. It felt great to start my sunday on an exercise high!
Today has been spent doing the shopping and now some down time before we go to Dales sisters to have dinner, looking forward to seeing his nephew Logan such a cutie! I hope you have all enjoyed your weekend whatever you got up to.
