Thank You

Before I tell you about my weekend I want to say a big thank you to all of you that commented on my last post its so nice to have your support and know that you all understand and get me it means a lot. I feel so much better already and am looking forward to my eggs later!

My weekend was great but Sunday went way to quickly. Saturday I worked at the tattoo shop which was really busy so by 6pm I was more then happy to say goodnight to the guys and make my way home.

Dale was away fishing this weekend so I was just cooking for me Saturday night. I decided to crack into some gluten free pasta I bought little while ago. With the pasta I had some mushrooms, red onion, garlic, peas and sprouts dressed with herbs and olive oil. This was real comfort food and it went down very easily!

Sunday after I trained a client I popped out for my first walk/run of 2014. I have been off the pavement due to my shin splints but they seemed to be fixed (for now!), the weather was lovely and I really enjoyed being back out there. It was a very easy 25 minutes but I am well aware that I need to start slow and ease my way back into running which is what I plan to do.

Once Dale had arrived back home we had some lunch (eggs!) and then went to see the Hobbit which I loved, it has had some mixed reviews but I thought it was great. The rest of Sunday was spent visiting Dales mums and chilling at home, it was a good day : )

Look what turned up Saturday! Finally my rice protein turned up, I decided to try this one out this time. I have used Sun Warrior in the past but as its quite expensive I thought I'd give this one a try. I haven't used it yet but I am planning a yummy smoothie for tomorrow with my protein added, I'll let ya know how it tastes then.

Today has been pretty quiet, I said farewell and good luck to a client which is always sad but she was so sweet and bought me these flowers and gave me a thank you card. I am pretty sure I have sent her on the road of fitness and healthy eating which will be ingrained for life! There is always a fear after a client leaves that they will go back to the life they had before but this particular one has come so far I know this is a new way of life for her which makes me super happy : )

I have one more client today then food shopping has got be done, have a fab Monday peeps x x

Whats the best thing you did this weekend?
