Savoury Vegan Meal Ideas

Happy Friday!!! 
If you are unlike me and have the next two days off wooohooo! I do have to work but its all good,
I am in the tattoo shop tomorrow and I am looking forward to seeing the guys.

The past few days have been busy as always, filled with clients and other work but I haven't been too busy to make some very tasty vegan meals. Well each meal is so quick to make it wasn't hard to fit making them into my day.


Sprouts and mushrooms cooked with herb and a little coconut oil with a couple of rice cakes topped with sweet onion hummus.


Rice cakes topped with hummus, cucumber and hazelnut tofu.


Steamed veggies in a tomato and olive sauce with rice.


Mushrooms, spinach and potato with steamed veg.


Mushrooms cooked in coconut oil with rice cake and pure spread.


Steamed broccoli and sprouts drizzled with olive oil and topped with garam masala cashews.

Its safe to say I am really enjoying Veganuary! All this lovely food is tasty, filling and super healthy, can't go wrong really. I'm not going to lie and say I am not missing a few things like eggs and chicken but thats it really nothing else is calling at me! 


Ahhhh I've missed this baby! Ha I haven't worn my watch for a while but its back, I will be wearing it for my workouts from now on, its like a little reward after a killer workout! I did an abs and cardio session at home which was intense to say the least but a great way to end the week.

  2. Hazelnut tofu sounds lovely. Anything with hummus is a winner for me, and I love sweet potato chilli, especially with some avocado too. Have a great weekend :)

  4. Lovely looking eats! I've been loving lentil soup and thai green chickpea curry! I know what you mean about the Polar, had mine on for this mornings spin class and felt good to see what I had burned!
