Happy Wednesday all, are you having a great week so far?
I am continuing my Workout Wednesday feature which I hope you are all enjoying, I have tried out all the workouts I post and they all get your heart rate up and burn those calories plus if like me you don't belong to a gym they can all be done at home just using your body weight! If you missed them check out my upper body and abs workout and lower body and cardio workout.
Now before I share todays workout I have a great review to share with you which will ties in nicely to todays post. The very kind peeps at Matalan sent me some workout clothes from their latest range of Activewear to review and I gotta say I'm rather impressed!
If I am honest I never stray far from Nike leggings for my workouts but tops can be any brand but when I was offered to review the new Activewear range I thought why not? I choose the Active Ankle Length Leggings and the Active Bubble Hem T Shirt both in black, I am all about black workout clothes!
I really like the leggings and the top both fit really well and I think look pretty good too? I like the feel and fit of both especially the leggings and for the price these are an absolute bargain! The leggings cost £12 and the top £8 which I can't argue with! I did a workout in them today, another thumbs up, they are comfy to work out in which is obviously very important to me as I spend half my life in exercise clothes! I will definitely be purchasing some more of the leggings, when I find good workout leggings I like to invest! So if you are like me and wear leggings to work out in then go grab yourself some of these and if you like a nice fitting flattering workout top then the above could be for you too!
Right its now time to get your sweat on, todays workout is a 15 minutes AMRAP workout.
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible - in the allotted time.
15 Minutes AMRAP
Burpees x 10
Press Ups x 10
Pulse Lunges x 10 (each side)
Kick Backs x 10
Full Sit Up x 10
Set your timer for 15 minutes and complete as many rounds of the above as possible!! This will get your heart pumping and burn some calories for sure! Before you do this workout make sure to warm up for 3-5 minutes and cool down with some stretches.
How many rounds did you do?
