Hello, I'm glad you guys like the workout I posted yesterday, it definitely gets the blood pumping! I have been doing lots of workouts similar to this and I'm looking forward to sharing them with you.
The past few days I've been eating some really yummy foods all of which have been healthy and delicious. I am still eating vegan foods with the addition of eggs, no pain either since deciding to eat eggs again which is great! Here's a look at what's been making my taste buds happy.......
My first smoothie in ages! I got some new rice protein which I added to this along with a banana, frozen blueberries, soy milk, spinach, macs and water then topped with some almonds. I have to say the rice protein tasted a little chalky so I will have to experiment further........
Stir fried veggies with eggs and hummus, simple but very satisfying.
Egg, mushrooms and broccoli
Sweet potato with coconut oil and veggies. I loved this, so flavoursome and filling
I had this bowl of perfectly ripe melon today, I haven't eaten melon in ages and forgot how much I love it definitely being eating more of this!
And finally tonights dinner, a bowl of spicy homemade butternut soup with.....EGGS! Ha love um!
I have a busy day tomorrow training clients then in the afternoon I am off to get my first tattoo of the year, all will be revealed soon! Have a great Friday readers!
