Happy Monday peeps! I hope you have all had a good start to the week? Mine has been A ok, good breakfast, good friend meet up, good workout and a good lunch so no complaining from me : )
I find that if my Monday starts the week well the rest of the days follow suit so I guess that my week is gonna be a good one, yay!
This morning started with this a delicious bowl of gluten free festive oats with a banana added for extra staying power, yep I am still living the festive oats dream! I was getting a little breakfast jealousy seeing everyones oats so thought I would try the gluten free ones even though they are super expensive! So far so good but I think they will be a treat buy and not a regular on the shopping list.
I had a coffee date this morning with my friend and we tried out a cute seafront cafe. It was one of the best soy milk lattes I've had in ages, we spent an hour or two catching up which was lovely : )
After coffee I came home and did a workout. Lower body and cardio sweat fest was on the menu. I'm loving my workouts right now and I was thinking of maybe a sharing a workout a week with you guys if thats something you might be interested in?
After my coffee I popped into a health food shop which was next door and picked up this awesome tofu. Gotta say this is my new favourite flavour so SO good!
As a post workout lunch I steamed some veggies and topped with the some curry-mango tofu, yum yum yum!!! Well that is my day so far, I trained a client after lunch and I have another later and I also need to dye my hair, good start to the week? I think so!
Before I go I just had to share this picture with you, look at this cutie I got to hold last night! Dale's sisters boyfriend owns this bearded dragon and I have wanted to hold him for ages and last night I got to have a cuddle! Ha I love him and would love one of my own......maybe one day!
