Hi all, how are you?
I'm just fine, I had a great weekend and Monday has been a good day which means my week has started well, I hope you all had a good weekend? What did you get up to in this chilly weather?
Friday night I went out for dinner with some friends, the dinner was a real disappointment but the company made up for it! I met up with two old friends and we had a good old chinwag then I went into town to meet Dale at one of our friends birthday parties. I had a drink of wine for the first time in ages and yes it went straight to my head : )
Saturday I had work at the tattoo shop, before I started we went for coffee to help kick the hangover!
My coffee was so good but my protein bar not so much on my dry mouth, ha
After work Saturday I just came home and hung out with Dale and had an early night, needed!
Sunday was a real lazy one starting with homemade frothy coffees then......
This insanely good breakfast! Festive quinoa (no added sugar sweet mincemeat), banana and caramelised almonds using Coconom's turmeric and tamarind coconut sugar, so good!
Then I sat and made Christmas decorations!
It has been ages since I got my creative head on and sat down to do any sewing so this was so much fun. I have been meaning to make some Christmas decorations for years and finally I get round to it! I will be giving these as Christmas gifts to save on festive costs plus I think its nice to get something handmade : )
Today I had clients from 6am till 12 but I did mange to fit a delicious breakfast in. Grated apple festive quinoa topped with a cinnamon raw ball which I will be reviewing soon!
For lunch I had a small sweet pot topped with mackerel plus a side salad dressed with Udo's oil.
After lunch had settled I got my workout head on and did an upper body workout followed by a walk/run which leads me nicely on to last weeks workout plan:
Monday: 1hr Skype Session + Strength Upper Body
Tuesday: Strength Lower Body + Run
Wednesday: 1hr 20 mins workout DVD
Thursday: Strength Upper Body + Yoga
Friday: Strength Lower Body
Definitely getting the workouts in and loving them all to be honest!
Right I have to go out so I must say farewell and Happy Monday! I hope you have a great week, mine is set to be rather good as its my birthday Friday and I have 4 days off from Friday to Tuesday whoop!
Anyway I shall tell you more about my plans later on the is week : )
