Well here we are at the start of another week, only 2 more weeks left of November, CRAZY!
I'm not even going to mention how close we are to the big day next month we all now how thats coming round way too soon!
Today has been a good start to the week, I was up early to do a Skype session with my client which I followed with a strength workout before a quick breakfast
I had some leftover chicken with half and avocado before my next client arrived. Once she and the next had left I walked into town to meet a friend
We sat and had a coffee in these festive cups while having a good catch up.
Back home for lunch and I made a paleo scramble with eggs, courgette and sweet potato
Then a little after I had some chopped apple with tahini, cinnamon and coconut, love this combo!
Here is my exercise routine from last week:
Monday: 1hr Skype session + chest/arm strength workout
Tuesday: 1hr Skype session + back strength workout + run
Thursday: Lower body strength + yoga
Friday: Lower body Strength + run + walk
Saturday: Walk to and from work
Not to shabby and so much variety which keeps me interested.
One last thing for today, I think I am going to try out this photo a day challenge for December. I stared doing these when I first signed up to instagram and really enjoyed taking part so if I remember I will also add my photo a day here too!
