Hello and happy half way through the working week!
I am loving this October sunshine we are having right now after the rain it is very welcome. I've had a lovely couple of days, here's what I've been up to......
Yesterday I trained clients in the morning then met my girlie friends for lunch. It was my friend EmmaLi's birthday and we met in a lovely local cafe to have a nice meal and a good chat. I had some chickpea croquettes with salad and creme fraiche which was delicious, I took a photo but it was awful so you'll just have to take my word!
In the afternoon I fitted in an upper body strength workout followed by an interval walk/run before training more clients.
Dinner was a simple bowl of homemade soup and a pice of chicken, yum : )
Today I have not taken any photos due to none of the food I've eaten looking great! I had rice cakes and almond butter first thing and a chicken breast a little later. I went for a lovely 30 minutes walk/run in the gorgeous sunshine before coming home for lunch. I made eggs, veggies and topped with hummus, and that was my hump day.
I am just waiting for Dale to get home then more soup for dinner : )
