Belated September and October Reviews

Well its about time this post got done, this is actually September and October's reviews combined purely because I had no time last month to get this done! I have made time though and am excited to tell you about these fab new products and I am sure your going to love these as much as I have.......

Being a a chocolate lover, as you are all aware, I was more then happy to review this new iQ superfood chocolate. The words superfood and chocolate being used in the same sentence is always going to get me interested and rightly so because this chocolate is really tasty!

iQ use specially selected beans from the Rio Negro Valley, Satipo region in Peru. The sublime flavours  are all-natural unprocessed ingredients and the sweetness comes from coconut blossom nectar which is also a superfood, basically this chocolate tastes good and is good for you, perfect!

I got to try the Original, Orange with Wild Raspberry, Cacao Nib Crunch and Lusciously Lovely Lime all which I enjoyed. I think my favourite would have to be the lime, I loved the tangy flavour and at only 197 calories a bar would happily eat one everyday! The other thing I love about this chocolate is the packaging. Its eye catching and looks super cool, I am a sucker for packaging and this wins for
me : )

If you would like to try this yummy chocolate you can see stockist here for when your out and about or buy over the internet hereFollow iQ on twitter or facebook to find out more!

Using natural ingredients Mune Health make drinks to help support the immune system. in two delicious flavours Original and Rivive. I liked the flavour of both these drinks, they are not too sweet which is why I like them. The only bottled drinks I usually buy are water or coconut water so this was a nice change and with all the immune boosting ingredients I felt pretty good drinking it! Mune also make  mini mune boost shots that look like they are definitely worth a try, perfect handbag size immune boosting treat yes please!

If you like to try different health drinks I would recommend trying Mune you can check out there deals here. You can also check them out on twitter and facebook

The next product I am going to tell you about is called FruitBroo and its really cool! I love fruit and herbal teas so when I was asked to try this new liquid fruit tea I was really excited. Its a product that I have never seen or heard of before and I couldn't wait to try it out! FruitBroo is a new take on your traditional fruit tea, it is 100% natural and is free from dairy, gluten and caffeine plus it only contains 15 calories per cup, perfect!

Add 1-2 tsp's to a cup of hot water and stir to make a delicious drink. I got to try the honey and lemon and the peach, pear and honey both or which are very yummy. They have more flavours to choose from, you can check them out here or go to your nearest Sainsbury's and browse the selection which you can buy for £2.25.

Follow Twitter and Facebook to keep updated with all the Fruitbroo goings on!

If you've been reading my blog lately you will know that I had a little back issue a couple of weeks back so these above products couldn't have been offered at a better time!

Regenovex Capsules have been specially designed to help strengthen your joints. It contains two key natural ingredients – Bionovex oil, which is a proven and patented marine oil derived from Green Lipped Mussels sourced exclusively from the fresh waters of New Zealand containing ETA which is an Omega-3 fatty acid. The other ingredient is Hyaluronic Acid – a key component of the synovial fluid, which helps to lubricate and cushion joints. These are to be taken 1 a day, you can buy them Boots nationwide for £18.99.

I will be taking these for the next 30 days but I probably wont be continuing purely due to cost. I take fish oils which obviously help the joints, maybe not as much as the above but they are more in price range. If I could afford to buy Regenovex I would definitely give them a longer trial!

Deep Relief is a gel you can use to relieve muscular aches and pains. It contains 2 pain relieving ingredients the first is levomenthal, which also gives cooling, soothing relief. Levomenthal comes from the garden and is a black peppermint plant. The second pain relieving ingredient is ibuprofen. Together the topical gels works fast direct to the site of pain and the two ingredients work synergistically together.

I tried this out on my back and it does help to sooth the pain, I usually use tiger balm but I am happy to give anything a try to help my back! My back is feeling fine now but I will be keeping this in cupboard just in case I need it and I would definitely replace it with more, its a good product to keep if you exercise because aches and pains are inevitable! If you would like to buy some to try for your self its available all over, check here for the nearest place to you.
