Fresh Blackberry Crumble Recipe and London Vegfest Tickets GIVEAWAY!!!!

Hello, did you have a good weekend?
Mine was great, I really enjoyed my two days even if one of them was at work : )

Saturday as you know was a work day, 2 clients first thing then a day in the tattoo shop. I actually booked a couple of tattoos for my birthday, exciting! Then after work Dale picked me up and we went out for dinner. It was lovely I had chargrilled chicken with veggies and chips, it was so tasty and not having to do the washing up is always a bonus! We actually came home after eating neither of us fancied a night on the town plus we got home in time for X Factor hahahaha

Sunday started lazy with some Breaking Bad episodes and breakfast:

This delicious pumpkin and banana frappe, amazing! If you would like the recipe for this it will soon be featured on my Rice Dream page so keep your eye out your gonna love it : )

On Saturday I picked up an organic buckwheat and sunflower seed loaf which also got eaten at breakfast, the bread is delicious and gluten free

In the afternoon me and Dale took this cutie out for a walk round a local lake. I was so pleased when we got there to see lots of blackberries ready for the picking so filled up a bag to make pudding.

And here is what I made, Blackberry and Strawberry Crumble yummy. This was so easy to make so I thought I'd share recipe:

GF Blackberry and Strawberry Crumble

You need: blackberries, strawberries, (*gluten free flour, ground linseeds, quinoa flakes, desiccated coconut) coconut oil, ginger coconut sugar

To make: slice strawberries and put in oven dish with blackberries and sprinkle a little ginger coconut sugar. In a bowl place all the dry ingredients then add the coconut oil. Combine the mix with your fingers to form the crumble topping. Once combined pour over the fruit then sprinkle with a little more coconut sugar. Bake for 15/20 minutes depending on size.

(*you can use as much or as little of each dry ingredient as you like it depends on the size of crumble and how much you like)

I topped our crumble with soy custard and it was delicious!
