Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Hey readers, what another beautiful day we have had, I am loving this sunshine. I'm not someone that basks in the sun but I appreciate it being here thats for sure! Today has been a great Wednesday, I have trained some great clients and had a very exciting conversation about an up and coming business proposal. I can't go into all the details yet but if it all goes to plan I am going to be a very happy lady and busier then I have ever been, once I know some definite plans you'll be the first to know!

I was up early to train a client then back home for breakfast. I am definitely loving cornflakes at the mo especially with coconut, pumpkin seeds and banana, so good!

I had masses to do this morning for the blog and loads of emails to go through so when lunch time came round I was more then happy to sit back and relax with a bowl of tuna, rice and veggies. I dressed this with walnut oil, pepper and apple cider vinegar, delicious : )

After lunch I had my meeting and also did a workout with a friend of mine. We did a bicep, chest and abs circuit, total killer!

The rest of the day was spent training more clients until it was time to make dinner. I cooked up some veggies and sweet pots then topped with a couple of boiled eggs. Filling and super healthy!

It looks like tomorrow is set to be another busy day which I am loving. I can't believe how well things are going at the mo, I am signing 1+ new clients a month and am sometimes finding I can't fit people in, what a change from the past couple of years. All my clients are doing so well which makes me a very proud trainer and it really makes me appreciate my job : )

Ok time for bed me thinks, have a fab Thursday x x

Question:

What did you have for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

  1. Ooh that looks good! You are so lucky you get to do something you enjoy as a job! My breakfast yesterday was a green smoothie and PB on toast, lunch was a mammoth salad with turkey, cranberries and a selection of sprouted beans and chickpeas. Dinner was sausages, mash and onion gravy-pure comfort.

    I love food lol
