Yay To The Sunshine

Ahhhhhh what a wonderful day everybody is probably saying the same thing about the weather but if your English you know how we love to talk about it, good or bad its always a topic of conversation! This is just what we all needed though to pick our spirits up for the bank holiday and its worked, I've had a great day and can't wait for the next two!

I've actually had a great couple of days, yesterday I was up early to do my class in the park which was FREEZING! Then back home to have a coffee and breakfast with my boy. Dale had the day off as he was off fishing which meant we got to hang out tin the morning which was fab : )

We had rice cakes topped with sliced boiled eggs and mushrooms with a little ketchup of course!

Dale went fishing and I went to to train my sister before coming back home to hide out from the rain!

Another client in the afternoon and my Friday was over, I had a yummy dinner of baked herby garam masala chicken and an early night ready to get up and feel fresh for my Saturday : )

This morning I was up bright and early, I had a hot water and lemon followed by a coffee and a blueberry, coconut and spinach smoothie in a bowl topped with coconut and pumpkin seeds.

My morning and early afternoon was taken up with clients which are all doing so well, I am really excited for this months weight in and measurement checks!!!!!

I had a late lunch of leftover chicken and salad, the salad was dressed with a little olive oil and lemon juice, fresh and tasty.

Once my lunch had settled I got the personal trainer in my head ready for a killer workout. I went for a 30 minute walk/run then came home and a strength workout, sweaty!

Post workout dinner was protein packed, veggie and egg scramble topped with the last of my leftover chicken. This was so good I could have eaten it again!

Tomorrow I plan an early morning workout before Dale gets back then we have a busy day planned. A walk into town for a coffee then a walk back along the seafront, flat needs to be tidied and cleaned before our friends come round in the evening for bank holiday drinks! I am looking forward especially as its the first friends evening we have had since moving in, my sis has been round but no one else!

I hope you all have a great couple of days planned, I'll be looking forward to reading all about them : )

Question:

What did you do today to enjoy the sunshine?

My run in the sun was a great way to enjoy the weather!
