Meatballs!

Hey you guys, a little late dropping by tonight but as I have a little time I thought I'd pop in and say hi!
I hope you have all been having a good week? Another week has flown by and we are nearly at the weekend a long weekend whoop! I have to work for a but on Saturday day but I have Sunday and Monday off and I can't wait.

Today has been a plain old Thursday nothing special has happened other then eating some yummy food of course!

This morning I didn't have to be up for anything and being kept awake by the cat for a lot of last night I slept in a little well I was up by 8 but thats a sleep in for me! I had a hot water and lemon followed by a coffee and this yummy breakfast. Scrambled veggies and eggs, todays included red onion, mushrooms and courgettes plus 2 large eggs, delish!

A few hours after breakfast I did a workout at home, I had planned a walk but with the rain coming down I decided to stay inside.

I worked up a good sweat and definitely earned my lunch! The last of my homemade soup with tuna, this looks weird but I swear it tastes really good. I mix the tuna with a little olive oil and apple cider vinegar then pop it into the soup I really like this combo : )

I was in Brighton this afternoon to train a client and on the way home I was glad to have some cold leftover chicken to snack on because the traffic home was horrendous!

Me and Dale made meatballs for dinner, basil and red onion turkey meatballs. All we used was turkey mince, fresh basil and red onion, easy! These were so good we had them with broccoli and an allergy safe sweet chilli sauce (more on this soon).  Then a little after I had some frozen blueberries and coconut milk no picture but I can assure you it was the perfect end of my food day : )

I am up early tomorrow to do a my fitness class in the park and I have a couple of clients a coffee date and a guest post for you! Have a fab Friday peeps x x

Question:

What is you favourite meatball recipe?

I am experimenting as these are new to me to make but so far its a big thumbs up!
