Here Comes The Weekend

Yay we made it, here comes the weekend!!!!!!!
I bet your all looking forward to it, I know I am. This has been a good week for me, the weather is starting to get better and I am getting some great feedback with clients. No job news yet but I have my fingers and toes crossed that something will come up soon : )

Yesterday I had this yummy smoothie after my morning workout it included goats milk, water, spinach, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 banana, frozen berries and a toasted topping. 

During the day I trained some clients, looked for jobs and hung out with my sister which was fab. 

The early evening was spent with my dad as its was his birthday I bought him a lovely spiced soup and some chocolate which he loved : )

Dale picked me up after his gym session and as it was quite late we had a throw together dinner. Boiled eggs, mushrooms and beans. This was super quick and super yummy! 

This morning I had an early client but managed to get a quick Tabata workout in before hand. 

Todays lunch was a tuna salad bowl followed by a ginger bread nakd bar and some un-pictured dark chocolate! Then I was off to my friends to get my hair done.

I got home before my final client of the day and was peckish so had an apple and a rice cake with almond butter.

Lastly dinner, this was so good, sweet pot chip discs with broccoli and some tinned mackerel. I also had some un-pictured banana and berry soft serve. I am totally stuffed! 

I have a busy Saturday filled with clients until 2pm but then I am a free agent, yay! Dale is off fishing until Sunday so I plan a quiet Saturday night and we will be doing something on Sunday together when he gets back : )
