Breakfast Fuel for Moving Day

Dear god do my legs kill!!!!!!
Just thought I'd put that out there! Today has been a very long day which is why this post is going to be short and sweet.

I was up early to get to the gym with Dale for 6.45am so we could have a workout before he went fishing and I helped my sister move house. I did another vipr workout. Full body and a killer which in hindsight I didn't really need to do considering from 9am to 5.30pm I have been shifting boxes! 

Luckily after the gym I had a yummy refuelling breakfast which was also fuel for the moving! 
My legs have really taken it today so I think tomorrow might well be a rest day : )

Tonight dinner was leftover chicken with 1/3 avocado and steamed veggies drizzled with a little sesame oil. This was prefect and very quick and easy exactly what I needed after today! 

I also made pudding! 1/2 banana, frozen berries and coconut milk blended and topped with toasted coconut, almond flakes and pumpkin seeds bliss : )

I am super busy tomorrow so I have a guest post to share with you. I have 6 new clients starting tomorrow and I am so excited to start this journey with them all! 

Gosh I'm done in, time to chillax with a little Gossip Girl, night readers x x

  1. no favourite but i have been put off egg for a while after a hard boiled one exploded in my face as put my knife into it!! I have been doing lots of green smoothies which i love the flavour of with the vanilla protein powder in it.

    1. Yum I haven't had a green smoothie for ages!!

  2. Still porridge for breakfast at the moment, although hopefully it will get warmer and I can start having fresh fruit with granola/ muesli- yummy.
