Hey everyone, I hope you are all having a good start to the week?
Its a little warmer at least, other then one client yesterday I had the day off and today is a free day too so my week has begun fabulously. Especially today, I was up early to go to my 6.30am spin class which I am loving! Such a great start to the day, I have to admit I really miss my Bikram classes since moving back to Hastings but I hear they may be one here so I am going to investigate : )
When I got home this morning after my sweaty spin class I had a longing for oats but I also wanted a smoothie so I went back to an old favorite smoothie topped oats!
I made my oats with almond milk, water and cinnamon
I made my smoothie with almond milk, water, spinach, sun warrior vanilla, frozen berries and a little matcha green tea then topped with flaked almonds.
So yummy, I love the warm oats and cold smoothie combo. The best of both worlds you might say!
I have some exciting things to do today so I shall wish you a happy Tuesday and hopefully see ya tomorrow x x

DeleteLove that combo but I'm lazy and just use yoghurt instead so you still get the hot and cold combo :-)

DeleteI really hate mixing temperatures of things! I have to have either hot porridge and hot mint tea, or cold cereal and iced tea/ water! :)
