Can you believe that its going to be March by the end of this week!? 

I can't, another year is going to fly by me thinks. I'm pretty sure this is going to be a much better year then the last though, its already started in an amazing way for me. I am so in love with our new flat and having our own space : )

Another thing I am loving right now is smoothies! Yes my smoothie addiction is back in full in swing, I am finding once I get back home from a morning workout I just hunger for a cool smoothie. I also had lots of juices over the weekend which were delicious. I definitely don't juice enough, I had one first thing before heading out to the gym today. I did a full body strength workout followed by 30 minutes cardio split between the cross trainer and treadmill. I was at the gym for about 1hr 20mins and by the time I got home and showered I was ready for a smoothie!

This was so yummy, I put rice milk, water, vanilla sun warrior, spinach, baobab, coconut flour and frozen berries in the blender and whizzed it up. Then topped with pumpkin seeds and pine nuts, perfect.
