As my blog title says this post is all about breakfast. After getting home from training my 6am client this morning I made a yummy breakfast........
Oats and an Omelet - simple and filling
I made my porridge with 40g of oats, water and cinnamon then topped with some leftover apple sauce I had in the fridge.
My omelet was the same as Mondays, 2 egg whites and cinnamon. Love this combo!
I really like this breakfast, its not loaded with too much sugar/fat and is really filling.
Another breakfast I wanted to share was this one, shout out to my boyfriend Dale! He's been pimping up his porridge lately and its keeping him fuller for longer and beats sugary cereals! I think my healthier eating is rubbing of on him if this is anything to go by!
Well today is the day I start my new job, whoop! Its only a 4 hour shift which is nice, easing in slowly. I let you know how it goes : )

I'm glad to say Dale is great he'll try anything new and is really eating so much better these days which has made him feel a lot better which is fab!
