Busy Monday

Hey hey, here we are again at the start of another week can you believe January is nearly over!?
We seem to be flying through the first month of 2013. I've definitely been busy over the past few days so it was nice to just sit back and relax last night.

Early evening me and Dale went out for a snowy seafront walk. We had been pretty lazy all day so it was nice to go out and stretch our legs : )

We wrapped up warm!

After our walk we were invited to my sisters for dinner and to watch a film, perfect end to the day.

Jes made a really yummy meal, roasted tofu and potatoes with veggies, so good! We had some of my rice milk jelly for pudding which went down rather well : )

I had today off which was lovely, I actually slept in till 10am! That is crazy for me, I can't remember the last time I slept till then, must have needed it that's for sure.

My day has been rather productive, sorting through things, getting rid of clothes I no longer wear and shoes. I've been boxing some things up too because wait for it......

Me and Dale may have found a flat!!!!!!! I'm so excited, we have put down a holding fee and all going well we have our new home, we should know for definite this Saturday : )
Its fingers and toes crossed till then, by the way that's the big news I was talking about just in case you were wondering!

I did break to fit an icy seafront run in to my day which was lovely and refreshing and the only food pic I took today was tonight's dinner. Homemade soup with toasted pine nuts and rice cakes for dipping. I have another busy day tomorrow more packing and sorting as well as the RAC coming to  hopefully sort my car and clients to train. I hope you have a nice Tuesday x x

Question:

How was your Monday?

  1. Exciting news for you!
I had a run too, in the snow and slush- my feet were very numb when I got back! But I felt so much better after having some fresh air.
