Hello Again

Good evening, I'm actually here 2 days in a row lets see how long I can keep it up!
This Tuesday has been a long day for me but I am glad to be home waiting to watch The Great British Bake, I love it!

Today started with an early 5.30am drive to Brighton to get to my 7am Bikram class before work at the shop, on the way I ate a boiled egg and a handful of paleo trail mix.

My class was really tough but actually pretty fantastic today I got a lot deeper into some of the postures which was great.

I had breakfast number 2 at work........

Pineapple and seeds, yummy combo!

I also ate 1/2 this chicken breast, the other half I ate as a mid morning snack with 1/3 an avocado another great combo

For lunch I had tuna salad, simple but satisfying

Before leaving work I had another boiled egg and 2 carrots

And finally dinner, I had some left over soup, curried chicken and olives.

I have another long day tomorrow, I will be up again for yoga, work at the shop then home to train my sister and her hubby after work so I will try to drop in and say hi but I doubt I will have time!

Have a fab hump day peeps x x

Question:

What would you like to see more of on Salad and Sequins?

I wanted to know if there is anything you as readers would like to see more of, recipes, exercise workouts that kind of thing : )

  3. I think seeing some of your recipes would be a great idea. You are always so inventive when it comes to making your own lunches...something I struggle with when planning my lunch during a working week!

  4. I'm not sure I could eat chicken for breakfast, but I guess it's just a mentality thing! Your food looks really yummy with lots of protein. I'd choose protein over carbs all the time to fill me up. I like your blog how it is to be honest, you have a nice mix of different things :)
