Weekend Fun

Hello, I hope you are all enjoying the weekend?
I had a fab time last night at the wedding reception, lots of people I haven't seen for ages were there which was great!

Saturday morning I had a smoothie for the first time in ages, it didn't disappoint cool and creamy deliciousness!

For lunch I had some homemade lentil and veggie soup.

Before heading out to the wedding reception I had a bowl of oats and yogurt then it was cocktail city! We had such a fun night dancing away. The bride and groom looked gorgeous and so happy it was a fab evening : )

This morning I woke up with a very foggy head!

I had veggie sticks and hummus + some sea vegetable rice crackers curtsy of my foodie penpal which I will be blogging about on the last day of the month


I have been a bit slack on the exercise front the past few days but the week started well!

Monday: Gym - PHA training
Tuesday: Bikram
Wednesday: Bikram
Thursday: Bikram + 1hr fitness class
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest!

Ha so now the month of social occasions is over I shall be ramping up the workouts and keeping the diet clean! I have some saving to do too as I am going away at the end of October so will be needing spending money and I also want to look fab : )

  2. Sounds like a fun weekend, cocktails are always good! Last night I hit the red wine, popcorn and then chocolate so feeling a bit blah but it happens!
