Sponsorship, Sponsors + Belated Total Greek Yogurt Review

Hello everyone, yes its actually me back 2 days in a row!
What a sucky day, the weather is a real stinker so I am staying inside hiding away from the rain. I did go out this morning to buy a new dress for tonight's engagement party and have a coffee with my sister but then I came home to hide!

With the day as it is there is no better time to get this post written, I have been meaning to do a sponsor reminder post for ages. I have some great blog sponsors and they offer some fab deals so I wanted to just remind you all plus I have a much needed review to share with you : )

Sponsorship

First of all I want to remind you that I have a great sponsorship programme for small businesses and bloggers. Salad and Sequins was voted as one of the top 10 health and fitness blogs by Cission PR and was featured on best of the web editors pick. I have also recently been made one of Rice Dreams Dream Team after them enjoying reading Salad and Sequins!

By sponsoring my blog you get to promote your site to all my readers and I have very low fees so email me to get more info: tamzin_sparkles@hotmail.co.uk

Sponsors

I would also like to remind you off my sponsors that have continued to support Salad and Sequins.........

Vivapure is a fantastic site selling fantastic products! They sell raw foods, superfoods, supplements and also have a great blog with some fab recipes. They also have an offer for my lovely readers. Once you have chosen your yummy products enter the code VPFRIEND7 and get 7% off your order!!!!!!

Inside Organics is another great site offering more fabulous goodies. They have some top brands like Vega which is hard to find in the UK. I definitely recommend you going over and checking out this site I am pretty sure you will find something you wanna buy and when you do put in the code SEQ10 to get 10% discount!!!!!!

Total Greek Yogurt Review

A while ago I was contacted by Total Greek Yogurt to try some of their new Raspberry and Pomegranate split yogurt pots. As I have been dabbling with dairy I thought I would give them a try and thank god I did these are amazing!!!!!! Wow so creamy and delicious I absolutely love these yogurts and they definitely do not taste fat free! I have actually been eating the plain pots at work with a little cinnamon added which also tastes fab, thank you Total Greek yogurt for bringing these yummy yogurts into my world : )

Ok so I hope you have enjoyed my little round up post, please take some time to go and look at my sponsors sites they really are worth a little time you wont be disappointed but your purse might be a little lighter!

Question:

Have you tasted the Total Greek yogurt split pots?

SO GOOD!
Dale also has become a fan he loved them!

  2. Split pots are great but the large pots are even better you can add fruit or granola, agave syrup whatever you fancy to as much or as little as you want greeting lovely desserts. I used some on my Xmas pud last Xmas instead of cream delicious. I add it to milk & fresh or frozen fruits with some plain protein powder for a fantastic smoothie when blitzed together. Best protein rich food on a post gastric bypass diet or any diet.
