A Beautiful Wedding + Frappe Recipe

Hey Hey how are we?!
I am back after a fabulous weekend of love and joy! I went to a wedding on Saturday and it was so beautiful and heart warming. A really amazing day was had by all especially the beautiful bride and groom : )

I was in a fluster Saturday morning because I still hadn't found a dress!!
Luckily the first one I tried on when rushing into the shops 9am sharp was perfect! I really love it and dark blue seemed to be the colour of choice that day : )

My sister made the cakes for the wedding, and they looked perfect

Green tea cupcakes with gold glittery bits

Guinness and chocolate cake with handmade bride and groom made by the bride!

Me and my sister x x

And the beautiful bride : )

One too many gin and tonics later went to find Dale in town and stayed out for a bit of a dance then home I went.......at 1.30am which wouldn't be too bad but I had to work in the shop the next day! Yep Sunday I worked in the shop then trained a client before heading back to Hastings. I was so good no hangover food passed my lips all day and I feel so much better for it!

This morning I was up early to train a client and straight after I hot footed it to the gym. I haven't worked out since Thursday so was dying to get my sweat on! After my tattoos were done I went to Bikram Thursday then let them heal which they have done marvelously no heavy scabbing at all, ha ha you really wanted to know that didn't you!!!

When I got home from the gym this morning I had a delicious mushroom omelet with 1/2 an avocado. I also put some tomato pate on my omelet : )

Another client trained I met my sister for coffee and a people watch in town before coming home for a late turkey salad lunch.

Question:

What was the best thing about you weekend?

The beautiful bride was the highlight of mine : )

P.S If you wanted to know how to make my Oat Dream Frappe the recipe is here
