Fab Day Of Eats

Well my last day before going back to work has been super chilled!
I slept till 9.45 which is unheard of in my bed, must of needed it though : )

I got up and had a blueberry and tahini smoothie for breakfast, while that settled I hung out on the couch!

I then did a fab TRX workout followed by a post workout juice.

I had a late lunch cause the juice was quite filling

Ha ha another socca! This one was turmeric and herb filled with 1 egg + 1 egg white and sundried tomato pate

After my delicious late lunch I went to my sisters to train her and hang out : )

Dinner was very simple but very yummy. I mashed 1/2 an avocado with 1/2 tin of chickpeas, some lemon and herb mix and some fresh lemon juice then stuffed a red pepper with the mix. Plus I cut up some carrots too. For pud I had some natural yogurt and toasted seeds, pretty fab day of eats me thinks : )

So its back to work tomorrow, I will be starting my day with a Bikram class, I can't wait to get into the heat! I have a very early start though so I shall bid you farewell x x


  1. OH MY GOD I LOVE YOUR TRAINERS!!!! Nike's awesome. (I'm such a Nike groupie. I usually don't really care for brands but I love Nike.)

    I think I should try one of these soccas sometime soon as well. xx
