Finally Feeling Normal Again

Hi peeps hope all is good?
I had no time to blog yesterday apologies! But I am here now to share some food photos with you. I'm finally feeling back to myself after my bank holiday booze up, don't know about you but these days if I go out on a boozy night it takes me ages to feel better again, jeez getting old I guess! Ha ha ha but they do say the healthier you are the harder it hits you : )


Thursday started with some smoothie love in my tum. I ate this a few hours before yoga to fuel my session. After class I came home and trained a client before heading to Hastings.

The rest of the day was spent training clients, popping in to see my papa and spending the evening with a moody Dale! He was flustered with getting sorted for the fishing trip he went on this morning, I let him carry on and just watched 24 : )


I had an early drive back from Hastings this morning. On my way I popped into Tesco and still there range of soy yogurts is no where to be seen I was not happy!

I made a bowl of oats topped with a smoothie for breakfast, so the best filling combo ever! Then got ready for work and walked down to the shop.

For lunch I had a tuna and egg salad with a side of rice cakes, this was also super filling and very tasty!

For an afternoon snack/yoga fuel I had a bowl of chopped apple topped with soy yogurt, cinnamon and prunes yum!

I took my work colleague to her first Bikram class today and she rocked! I hope she will come back again for some more heat torture : )

I am working all weekend in the shop but then have 2 weeks off yay! I plan to do lots of sorting as I am moving on the 9th of June!!!!!! I need to do a whole separate post on this so I'll tell all soon. Have a fab Saturday x x x


Is anyone else going to the Dukan Cook-Along in London?

I was sent and invite today but not sure I want to go alone!


  1. what is in that tuna & egg salad??!! It looks so tasty! Grated carrot, peas? anything else?

    1. It also had some mayo and and curry powder mixed in so good!!
