THIS WAS AMAZING!

Frozen cherries, soy yogurt, cocoa powder (non Sweetened) drip of vanilla stevia, topped with spelt berry puffs and sugared almonds

Perfect protein packed breakfast!

Cherry and Coconut smoothie

Dinner was pretty damn good tonight, roasted cauliflower and chick peas with steamed rainbow chard yum!

I have kept this post to minimal words today, after receiving a comment yesterday it kind of upset me. I know I shouldn't let people get to me but this particular comment touched a nerve. I will not go in to what was said I decided not to publish. 1. because it was anonymous and if you can't show your face and stand by your words then your not being published on my blog and 2. because I didn't want it there plain and simple!

All I can say is if you like my blog read it and be part of my world if you don't like it then don't read its easy! I don't write this blog to please anyone else I use it to air my feelings and share life's ups and downs. I have to admit the comment upset me because some of the things this person wrote were true and I totally agree but they are things I don't like about myself and am trying to deal with and hearing someone else say them doesn't help!

Right got it off my chest and now moving on!

Question:

Why did you start your blog?

I started mine because i wanted somewhere to share my interests of health and fitness. None of my friends are as fanatical as me about food and fitness so writing this blog gave me access to lots of people that are. I have made friends with some fabulous people and learnt so much and that's why I love to blog, and share some of what I learn x

  1. No idea what that person could have said. You are a great person and your blog is fantastic. Shame that other people feel the need to anonymously point out someone else's "faults". Guess that anonymous commenter doesn't realise that nobody's perfect.

To your Q. originally I had a food blog but that grew into a travelling blog and then a kind of "keep my family and friends updated" blog.

Keep up the great work Tamzin, you're an inspiration to all of us!!

    xx

  2. Ah Tam, ignore this silly person, they didn't have the balls to show their name, therefore not worth the upset.

I've been following you for over a year now and I love your blog! Keep it going :-)

  4. I agree with Leanne, some people are just nasty to be nasty although I know it can be hurtful, especially when it touches a nerve. I really don't understand why people are like that as you say, read if you want to and don't if you don't! Its like that whole GOMI stuff - I find it pretty funny to be honest ;-) I started my blog, like you really, to be able to share my interests with others because no one else in my life was as passionate about it as I was. Hope your ok and haven't let that comment get you down chick xxx

  6. I think it is a shame when blogs get negative comments- I just think if you don't like it, don't read it. I started mine because I was reading a lot of baking blogs, and my boyfriend suggested I start my own as I did a lot, plus I was getting into running and none of my friends shared that interest, so it was a way for me to ramble on without boring anyone! :)

  7. Hi Tam!

I'm sorry about the horrid comment. I never understand why people leave them on blogs. It's gutless and unnecessary. Hope you're ok xx I love your blog :)

I blog because I enjoy it and to connect with others with similar passions.

    Lots of love xxx

  9. Please just ignore this tipe of comment,as it always speak more about the person who wrote it then about you.People can always respectfully disagree, but anyone who spend their time judging others brings negativity that you don't need.
I find your blog fun and inspiring, and very soon i will start mine.
    Just continue to write:)

  10. Oh dear, it's always so horrible when things like that happen! I had some bad twitter stuff happen a few months ago that still pee's me off when I think about it but I always try and play it down and not let people know they effected me - though it always does, only human after all! The beauty of blogs is that people can be free to truly be themselves without answering to anyone, and if all blogs had to please everyone then no blogs would be unique.

I blog as a sort of diary as I don't keep a paper one, and I like to connect with people who have similar interests :)

  11. I agree wholeheartedly with what everyone else has said. Your blog is amazing and you are really freaking adorable. I will never understand why miserable people need to make everyone else miserable too. I hope you can shake it off, though I know it is sometimes easier said than done. We all love you though!! :)
