Booo To The Rain

Happy Hump Day!
Or should I say rainy grey day! Hmmmmm not been great has it but we need the rain so in some ways its a good thing just not when I need to go out!

This morning I had an early drive back from Hastings in the horrible rain.

When I got in I made my usual morning smoothie and topped with peanuts and raisins. I planned to go to Bikram at 10am but my flatmate had a fall so I stayed home to look after her. I spent the morning sorting workout plans for clients and drinking coffee!

There was also time for a slice of cake : )

For lunch there was more cottage cheese action.
After lunch I had a client come to mine for her session.

Bikram fuel was a yummy juice about and hour n a half before my 5.30pm class.

No.54 was a hot one that's for sure but all in all a good session : )

Home and in need of a quick dinner I threw together some tuna mayo, broad beans and curry powder on top of some organic leaves which was a perfect dinner

I'm in Hastings tomorrow again but have plenty of time in the morning to come say hi, I hope everybody's week is going well x x

Question:

What is your current food love?

I am definitely having a cottage cheese and fruit love affair!

  4. I am loving crumpets right now- either with pb and fruit spread, or with lime curd :) And also loving tropical fruit salad- mango and papaya, with a little squirt of lime juice- yum.
